Start Over Mondays: Juicing – things to keep in mind – Part 3

This time I would like to talk about things you should keep in mind when starting to juice:

  • it provides great nutrition and is excellent for your health; you will notice a spike in your energy within a couple of days of juicing
  • you can use the pulp for various things, like drying it up for chips or smoothies, etc
  • after longer juice fasts most people report loss of various symptoms (like asthma, migranes, eczema, joint pain, allergies, etc); after 60 and longer juice fasts people report that they slowly getting off prescription meds, as they no longer need it: from what I read it was pretty serious conditions, so if you are suffering from a decease – it could be possibly your solution
  • weight loss… everybody reports weight loss after a juice fast
  • your skin will clear up, and you will look and feel healthier
  • fruits and veggies have chemicals that are with anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer, by juicing fresh veggies and fruits it goes straight into your body on a cellular level, and since you can drink juice easier than eating 20 salads per day you increase the benefit simply by juicing
  • antioxidants
  • enzymes
  • and the list goes on and on…

So, if I still haven’t convinced you to get off that couch and start juicing, then listen to your own body and try it for yourself, not because someone is trying to convince you.  You don’t have to be vegan, vegetarian, raw or whatever… but you can always start with small baby steps and see how it goes for you.  Give it an honest try and no excuses.  At the end of the day it’s your life, your health and your family that would get effected, so make a wise choice.
